Strengthen government-enterprise communication, Expand Schlumberger influence in local communities

Schlumberger, as one of the reputed international enterprises in China, was invited to the signing ceremony of key projects in Shuangliu County of Great Chengdu Metropolis. It is great to see that the local government, the Shuangliu office, has focused on fostering the environment of “ease of doing business” for enterprises and “best-in-class wellbeing” for citizens. They are warmly welcoming corporations with strengths in trending projects related to logistics, digital, education, etc.

In this event, our North Asia Managing Director shared Schlumberger’s history as well as its journey in China and Chengdu in the past 40+ years, which was very much appreciated by the local government. We also highlighted our strategies around digital and sustainability, which will enable us to support the local economic growth and community development.
